Orion Sports Medicine has been an incredible resource for me the past few years. My physical therapist, Nick Hess, has been my greatest ally in my fight to delay hip replacement due to early-onset hip arthritis. With his help, I was able to get to the point where my pain was at a manageable level and I wanted to pursue general fitness. I started training with Natalie C, who designs each workout with my limitations and preferences in mind, and educates me on safe technique and progression of exercises.
